Network Engineer (Windows NT and WAN Technology) 

Job Summary:  
Provide network support for company technologies' internal IS systems as well as on-site support at various client sites.

Essential Functions:  
1. Network design, installation, integration and maintenance.
2. High-level user support as related to network operations.
3. Systems administration of network devices (i.e. hubs, routers, gateways).
4. Network file servers based on the Windows NT operating system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  
1. STRONG knowledge of Windows NT and network technologies (i.e. hubs, routers, gateways).
2. Must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Education:  
1. MCSE strongly preferred but not required. 3-5 years of networking experience with MCSE and/or B.S. in Computer Science or 5+ years networking experience without degree or MCSE

Senior Oracle Database Administrators

Job Summary:
Responsible for database administration across all company Technologies supported database platforms for both internal and external customers. Provide technical and administrative support.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for the administration of ORACLE Databases. This includes instance creation, data and schema management, storage management, distributed database topology management, and security management.
2. Responsible for performing database backup and Responsible for performing database backup and recovery processes.
3. Assist users and application developers on database related questions and issues.
4.Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
5. Perform DB and Application tuning and performance monitoring. 
6. Perform schema changes whenever needed.
7. Plan growth and changes (capacity planning).

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Maintain appropriate documentation for IMCI Technologies database systems.
2. Maintain clients files, documents and report client or operational problems to management for resolution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of RDBMS includes Oracle version 7.3 and 8.0 on both UNIX and Windows NT environment.
2. SQL, PL/SQL and SQR experience.
3. Experience with Oracle tools: including Experience with Oracle tools: including Designer/Developer 2000, PRO*C and Oracle CASE to support database application development problems. 
4. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct database setup and database applications problems.
5. A sound knowledge of both database and system performance tuning. 
6. Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
7. Ability to coordinate schedule to meet IMCI Technologies requirements. 8.Work as a part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required.

Education:
1. 3-5 years of RDBMS administration experience. 
2. B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Senior Network Systems Engineer 

Job Summary:
Provide Network System Operations & Engineering support for company Technologies' internal and client LAN/WAN systems.

Essential Functions:
1. Network Design, Installation, Integration and Maintenance.
2. High-level user support as related to Network Operations.
3. Systems Administration of Network Devices (e.g., Hubs, Routers, Gateways, Firewalls, etc.).
4. Assist with the Installation & Configuration of components into HP Open View.
5. Document configurations and special procedures.
6. Network and system performance monitoring.
7. Analyze systems needs and make recommendations for changes. 8.Report ongoing problems and anomalies to Team Leader in a timely fashion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN internetworking technology and Client/Server computing.
2. Familiarity with UNIX, NT, NetWare and DOS based operating systems.
3. Experience with most of the following protocols:

PPP, Frame  Relay, ATM, Ethernet, FDDI, TCP/IP, IPX, NetBEUI, SNMP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP

4. Hands on experience installing/configuring/testing datacom equipment (Hubs, Routers, Gateways, Firewalls, Data test equipment)
5. Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
6. Ability to coordinate schedule to meet IMCI Technologies requirements. 
7. Work as a part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required.

Education:

1. B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
